Last year, American singer-songwriter-actor Chris Brown paired with Indonesian popstar Agnez Mo to release “On purpose”, a smooth duet, taken from the deluxe edition of Brown’s latest album “Heartbreak on a full moon”.
Now the rumored couple share a new track “Overdose” about relationships and addictive love.
In a recent interview, Mo explained how the collaboration came to fruition: “This project started as a passion project. We just kinda kick it in the studio and see what we come up with. It’s free. It’s all art. We didn’t overthink it. Everything just flows. After a few weeks, we both realized that we had more than enough songs to make a full album together. This is just the beginning. Chris picked this song as the first song to share to our fans, and I really hope everyone will like this as much as we do”.
At the moment, “Overdose” has a lyric video but an accompanying music video, shot on the beach of Malibu, is set to release soon.
