Italian synth pop artist Angelo Bavaro Producer and People Theatre have teamed up for a new version of the single “The Fight” and it’s awesome!!!
If you’re not familiar with “The Fight”, it’s the opening track of Traces , Angelo’s debut album, released last month independently.
After catching our attention back in 2013 with his breakout single “All I do tonight”, Angelo Bavaro Producer experimented with new sounds and the foundations for his debut album “Traces” were laid. Each single earned him more fans and the time was right for a collaboration. It turned into a fresh mix of the song “The Fight”.
People Theatre is a French new wave / electronic / synth pop project founded in 1993 by Peter Rainman and active since 2005. Since then, over 100 songs have been produced, more than 400 remixes were made for several artists, from Nitzer Ebb to IAMX, Anne Clark, Haujobb, David Carretta, Apoptygma Berzerk, Trisomie 21, but also more mainstream people such as Ysa Ferrer, Desireless or Partenaire Particulier.
“I was talking with a friend about an inspiring collaboration, I was looking for a new skin for the song THE FIGHT” says Angelo. “I could not imagine that I would be contacted soon by the great Peter Rainman”. Angelo says that it was immediately love for the sound of PEOPLE THEATRE . the virtual meeting led to the birth of this beautiful mix, a tune that “talks about eighties, while having a very modern touch”.
