Ava Max has just premiered the music video for “So am I”.
The catchy, radio-friendly track, written by Max with Charlie Puth and Cirkut, is the fourth single from Ava’s upcoming debut album. It follows her breakthrough hit, “Sweet but psycho“, which has scaled the highest of charts around the globe.
“‘So Am I’ is about loving yourself, being different, being an outcast and not fitting in the format that society wants to put us in – just celebrating what really makes you different” says 25-year-old singer-songwriter of the new single. “Whenever I’m feeling down, I remind myself that my flaws make me perfect, because in reality there is no perfect”.
The music video, shot in a high school, sees Ava Max performing in an amazing choreography.
