Benjamin Ingrosso is Sweden’s choice for the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.
Benjamin was born on September 14 1997 in Danderyd, Sweden.
He started partecipating in several musicals and then recording music, releasing his first song at very young age.
He rose to fame in 2006 when he won Lilla Melodifestivalen, a junior version of Melodifestivalen, with the song “Hej Sofia”. After the show, Ingrosso took part in MGP Nordic 2006 where he finished in 4th place.
Later, he signed a contract with TEN Music Group and released his first single “Fall in love”.
Benjamin’s entry song “Dance you off” was written and composed for him by MAG, Louis Schoorl, K Nita and Benjamin Ingrosso.
He won the Swedish Melodifestivalen 2018 with this song and secured his place in the Eurovision.
It’s an up-beat break up anthem. It will surely be a success!
