Christina Aguilera and Demi Lovato have just released their long awaited collaborative single “Fall in line”.
The power ballad is the third taste taken from “Liberation”, Aguilera’s first album in six years.
About the duet with Demi, the 37 year-old star said: “We went through a few names of women. I needed a belty singer, and she took it to the next level. I almost cried when I first heard her on the record”.
Christina and Demi will perform the track this weekend at the Billboard Music Awards.
It’s not the first time Xtina has been worked with strong female artists. She previously collaborated with Alicia Keys (“Impossible”), Nicki Minaj (“Woohoo”), Missy Elliott (“Car wash”) and Lil’ Kim (“Can’t hold us down”).
“Liberation” will be out on June 15.
It is also expected a tour with Outkast’s Big Boi as special guest.
