Baby Spice Emma Bunton is back! Her last album, “Life in mono”, was released back in 2006, and now Bunton has announced the follow-up.
The new album “My happy place” is set for release on April 12, just one month before to join Mel B, Mel C and Geri Halliwell in Spice Girls reunion tour.
“The reason I called the album My Happy Place is because my happy place is with my family, with my friends, listening to music and being in the studio”, explains Emma.
“All those things came together on this album. While recording it my kids came to the studio, my friends came down, my mum listened to every song over and over again. Being in the studio I just feel so happy” she added.
“My happy place” contains eight covers and two original songs written by Emma herself: “Too many teardrops” and “Baby please don’t stop”, which is the first single.
A colorful music video for “Baby please don’t stop” was premiered yesterday. You can see “What took you so long?” star surrounded by her long-term partner Jade Jones, adorable two sons Beau and Tate, mum Pauline and close friends.
