The Voice Australia has crowned a brand new winner in 20 year old Judah Kelly.
After beating out Hoseah Partsch for the win, he has debuted his brand new winner’s single “Count on me”.
The track, written by local electronic producer Thief (PJ Wolf), is about battling “dark times”.
“I’ve spent a lot of time not really believing in myself” Judah said. “I’ve had my dark times and I’ve had my struggles, but I’ve [always] had someone to help me along. So it’s about having your troubles, but knowing that I’ve been there too. Everyone deserves to have that feeling [of someone looking out for them].”
Kelly’s debut album is expected to be released on July 28.
