16-year-old singer, songwriter and actress Kerri Medders has just shared the music video for her new single “Runlove”.
The video stars MTV’s “Teen wolf” star Cody Saintgnue and it’s inspired by the 1930s Tarzan and Jane love story.
In an interview, Kerri described the track as alternative pop. “Runlove is about this idea of changing for love” she continued. “I once started to like someone, but I felt my true self changing. It was an overwhelming feeling and I didn’t like the idea of myself changing for anyone other than me. So, I decided to throw it into a song that I wrote with Matias Mora and Mia Minichiello. It’s basically a ‘mock’ song on changing for love”.
