Kim Petras returns to the music scene with a new song and record label.
The first single to be released under Republic Records – home to Ariana Grande, Drake, Post Malone and more – is “Future starts now”.
Produced by Aaron Joseph, Dr. Luke and Vaughn Oliver, the track delivers a perfect slice of radio friendly dance-pop.
Speaking of the new single, the German singer-songwriter said: “I wrote it with my friends during lockdown – and recorded it in a closet. I’m finally able to share it in person. I didn’t want to drop anything without being able to perform it with my fans – that’s the real thing”.
Petras’ last album was “Turn off the light” released two years ago.
