It’s a very exciting time for LP! Only few weeks ago, American singer-songwriter delivered the single “Day by day“, a collaboration with Swanky Tunes and in June another brilliant duet with French superstar Mylene Farmer (“N’oublie pas“).
Now, critically acclaimed artist is ready for a new chapter in her career.
New single is called “Girls go wild”, a captivating track written by Laura herself alongside Michael Gonzalez and Nathan Campany.
The production was entrusted to frequent collaborator Mike Del Rio (Eminem, Christina Aguilera, Kylie Minogue).
Describing the track, LP said: “‘Girls Go Wild’ was born out of a Joshua tree excursion with some close friends after coming home from a long bit of touring . It was the first song I wrote for the album when my thoughts and ideas were swirling around like a storm. It feels like I channeled my past, present, and future as told through a desert dream”.
“Girls go wild” has a trippy music video directed by Darren Craig, who worked with Rihanna, Justin Timberlake and Kesha.
In the clip we see LP wearing a shiny suit in an abandoned and decorated forest.
