Mark Ronson and Miley Cyrus’ awaited “Nothing breaks like a heart” collaboration is here, and you know what? It’s pretty good.
Produced by Ronson himself with Jamie xx, the futuristic country-tinged song is the lead single from Mark’s untitled fifth studio album.
The project, influenced by his recent divorce from French model and actress Joséphine de La Baume, is expected sometime in 2019. Also it will see ambitious collaborations with various artists including Lykke Li, King Princess, Arkansas-based singer songwriter Yebba, and many others.
“Nothing breaks like a heart” will be performed in two different occasions: on The Graham Norton Show on 7 December and on Saturday Night Live the following week.
The music video, shot in Kiev by French duo WAFLA (Pharrell Williams’ “Happy”), stars Miley, who sings and drives down a highway, pursued by police.
