1. First day of my life
Initially released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and later in other European countries, “First day of my life” was one of the biggest hits of the year (2005). Also it appeared in German soap opera telenovela “Wege zum glück”.
2. Never be the same again
Co-written and co-performed by Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes, the r&b song was chose as third single from Melanie’s first solo album “Northern star”.
The clip, shot in in Miami and directed by Francis Lawrence, includes beautiful, chilled out scenes.
3. When you’re gone
“When you’re gone” is a duet by Melanie C and Bryan Adams from his “On a day like today” album. The single was her first attempt away from the Spice Girls. It reached number three on the U.K. charts.
4. I turn to you
This 2000 dance-pop track provided Melanie C her second UK number-one single. The album version is different from the single version, which was remixed by Hex Hector.
The music video was directed by Cameron Casey and filmen on the island of Ibiza in the Es Paradis nightclub.
5. Anymore
“Anymore” was released as the lead single from Melanie C’s seventh studio album “Version of me”. The sound of the track is more electro pop-focused than her previous singles.
The music video sees the singer seeking escape from a broken relationship in the glittery lights of the nightlife.
