After taking a break from touring and recording to care for husband Rene Angelil, Celine Dion is back at work.
The pop icon has started recording the follow-up to 2012 French language LP “Sans attendre”.
The as-yet untitled album is expected to arrive in 2016.
While the 47-year-old experienced moderate commercial success with 2013 English LP “Loved me back to life”, “Sans attendre” performed spectacularly in the French-speaking world. It was the highest selling album of 2012 in France and is estimated to have sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide. That opus featured collaborations with old-timers Johnny Hallyday, Henri Salvador and Jean-Pierre Ferland.
