Two weeks ago, superstar Pink excited her millions of fans around the world by gifting them a teaser of a new song.
The track titled “Walk me home” is the first single off of her upcoming eighth studio album “Hurts 2B human”, which is expected to be released sometime in April.
Written by Pink with Fun lead singer Nate Ruess and Scott Harris (Shawn Mendes, Bebe Rexha, Julia Michaels), the song offers a mature sound as we loved in every “Beautiful trauma” track.
A music video, directed by Michael Gracey, is coming soon.
“Hurts 2B human” release will coincide with the upcoming second American leg of her Beautiful Trauma World Tour, as well as the European and South American legs.
Tonight Pink will be honoured at the Brit Awards where will receive the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to Music award. She will also perform at the ceremony. So don’t miss it!

Lyrics:

There’s something in the way you roll your eyes
Takes me back to a better time
When I saw everything is good
But now you’re the only thing that’s good

Trying to stand up on my own two feet
This conversation ain’t coming easily
And darling I know it’s getting late
So what do you say we leave this place

Walk me home in the dead of night
I can’t be alone with all that’s on my mind
So say you’ll stay with me tonight
Cause there is so much wrong going on outside

There’s something in the way I wanna cry
That makes me think we’ll make it out alive
So come on and show me how we’re good
I think that we could do some good

Walk me home in the dead of night
I can’t be alone with all that’s on my mind
So say you’ll stay with me tonight
‘Cause there is so much wrong going on outside

Walk me home in the dead of night
‘Cause I can’t be alone with all that’s on my mind
Say you’ll stay with me tonight
‘Cause there is so much wrong going on

Walk me home in the dead of night
I can’t be alone with all that’s on my mind
So say you’ll stay with me tonight
‘Cause there is so much wrong
There is so much wrong
There is so much wrong going on outside
