Sia reveals details about new album

Sia has been teasing her new album “This is acting” for a few months now, starting with the release of its lead single “Alive” — initially meant for Adele and co-written by Tobias Jesso Jr. Now the Australian Grammy winner’s announced the LP’s release date — January 29 — and has also revealed its album cover, which is awfully in line with the visuals Sia served up with each “1000 forms of fear” track last year.
The new album will also feature tunes penned for the likes of Beyoncé and Rihanna.
As well as getting ready to serve up her seventh studio effort, Sia is reportedly also set to direct a movie called Sister, written for and starring honorary mini-Sia, dancer Maddie Ziegler.
