Sigala and James Arthur share music video for “Lasting lover”

Sigala and James Arthur’s collaboration “Lasting lover” finally has a music video!
It’s a very summery clip with sick cars, pink smoke and a whole lot of fireworks.
The emotional dance-pop track, written by no other than Lewis Capaldi, contains a sample of MGMT’s 2008 hit “Time to pretend”.
About his collaborations with James Arthur, the “Sweet lovin’” hitmaker said: “It actually arrived to me as an acoustic track. From there, it has been a very fun journey to take it to where it is now. I have wanted to work with James Arthur for ages, as I love his voice, but because the song came together during lockdown, I wasn’t actually able to meet James in person, so we worked across Zoom for a long time and finally met on the set for the music video – luckily we got on just as well in real life!”.
“Lasting lover” is James’ first release of 2020 after “Quite miss home“.
