Zayn teamed up with Sia for the song “Dusk till dawn”.
Co-written with Greg Kurstin, the track has a music video directed by Marc Webb (Green Day, Evanescence, Maroon 5).
It feels like a short action film where Zayn plays a secret agent trying to escape the police to reunite with his lover, raven-haired actress Jemima Kirke (Girls).
“Dusk till dawn” follows former One Direction star’s collaborations with Taylor Swift and PARTYNEXTDOOR “Still got time”.
Also recently, he won the Best Collaboration award at MTV’s Video Music Awards for his duet with Taylor Swift “I don’t wanna live forever”.
Zayn’s debut album “Mind of mine” was released last year. It was a global number one record, featuring the hit lead single “Pillowtalk“.
The new album is is coming in “the next couple months”. During an interview with Zane Lowe, Malik said his second album is due after a few more singles and teased collaborations with “big people.”
